Zusammenfassung

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive automation across enterprise platforms.

You will lead agile ceremonies, manage integrations with ArrowSphere and Power BI, and ensure production readiness while aligning with enterprise architecture and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• ~5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• ~3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience supporting platform integrations with Salesforce and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Support integrations between Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other business applications.
