Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce platform priorities and drive process improvements across business units. You will translate requirements into epics, manage backlogs, and partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leaders to deliver scalable solutions.

You'll lead backlog grooming, define roadmaps, and coordinate UAT, release validations, and adoption initiatives. This remote role requires strong stakeholder communication and a track record in ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• Requires Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes knowledge.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration and experience with related tools.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design discussions, and UAT.
• Ability to influence prioritization across many stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience supporting platform integrations and data modeling for reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs with a clear vision.
• Define roadmap, gather requirements, and translate to epics and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements across platforms and teams.
• Provide admin support and ensure production readiness for Salesforce and related apps.
