Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce teams. You will own Salesforce backlogs, define the product vision, and translate requirements into epics and stories.
Expect to lead BPM initiatives, automate improvements, and ensure scalable platform solutions across ArrowSphere and related systems. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to optimize processes, governance,
Qualifications
- In-depth Product Ownership experience (Agile/Scrum).
- Advanced Salesforce administration knowledge.
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, BA, or BPM.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
