Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories, and drive platform adoption and automation.
In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate across teams, manage releases and User Acceptance Testing, and help align processes with enterprise architecture while delivering scalable solutions that
Qualifications
- 5+ years related Salesforce experience; 3+ years as Product Owner/Business Process Manager.
- Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; CSPO a plus.
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog and define roadmap.
- Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Manage platform support, releases, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support.
- Support UAT planning and execution.
