Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into epics and user stories. Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
3+ years functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience with platform integrations (e.g., Power BI, ArrowSphere, SF connectors).

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Lead UAT planning and release validations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Manage platform support, enhancements, and adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
