Job summary

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, drive automation opportunities, and partner with leaders to improve processes, adoption, and governance across Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce Administration and product ownership.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating into epics and user stories.
• Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder reviews.
• Experience driving platform adoption and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validations, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
