Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce platform solutions. You will own the Salesforce product backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into epics and user stories while coordinating with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership.

You will drive adoption of platform capabilities, manage deployments, and ensure governance and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• Experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and ArrowSphere/Power BI/ERP.
