Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, define the roadmap, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive automation opportunities across ArrowSphere and Power BI.

Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and Salesforce Administration.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience driving platform enhancements, automation, and data modeling for dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Salesforce solutions.
- Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Support integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other applications.
