Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires extensive Salesforce Administration experience, agile product ownership, and collaboration with IT, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validations, and user adoption initiatives.
