Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce teams, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlogs, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and lead sprint planning while driving automation initiatives.
You will manage Salesforce administration, ensure data integrity, and support integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience supporting platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
- Partner with leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve stakeholder experiences.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and support.
