Job summary
Arrow Electronics in Colorado (Remote) seeks a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlog, define product vision, translate business needs into epics, and drive platform improvements across the enterprise.
You will collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and boost customer and partner experiences while operating with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce product ownership and agile processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Admin, data modeling, and security.
- Experience gathering requirements and validating UAT.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage backlogs.
- Experience with data integrations including Power BI, ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlog and roadmap.
- Define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder demos.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business leaders to identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure platform adoption and governance across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, and BI tools.
- Support deployments, testing, and post‑deployment activities.
