Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to drive operational excellence by linking business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive sprint events while partnering with leaders to automate processes and boost adoption.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
