Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across the platform. The role partners with IT, architecture, and business leadership to deliver scalable solutions and adoption programs.

You will lead sprint planning, manage releases and UAT, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while balancing priorities across projects and governance activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms and related tooling.
• Experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Business Process Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Partner with leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Manage platform support, release validations, and user adoption initiatives.
