Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce teams. You will own Salesforce backlogs, drive process improvements, and coach teams in Agile practices.

Fully remote in the US (Colorado office option). You’ll partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions and deliver measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and platform management.
• Experience leading product ownership and business process improvements.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and acceptance criteria skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and roadmap.
• Define vision, roadmap, and priorities; translate requirements into epics and user stories.
• Lead sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews; drive automation opportunities.
