Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to deliver impactful platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.

Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum)
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
- Experience with platform integrations and data modeling
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities.
