Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap and governance across FMS, SCS, and RLM, setting vision, priorities, and guardrails. The role chairs the Salesforce CoE and partner teams to deliver reliable, secure, high-value solutions.

You will lead cross-functional stakeholders, manage platform health and lifecycle, and translate business needs into scalable architecture while preserving enterprise safeguards and rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, multi-unit environment.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead platform health, security, reliability, and lifecycle management across Salesforce instances.
• Build durable relationships with Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, Data, and IT leaders to align priorities.
• Create guardrails for configuration, development, integration, data, identity, AI, security, testing, and DevSecOps.
• Chair architecture reviews and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and scalability.
