Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director to own the Salesforce platform, setting vision, governance, and investment priorities across FMS, SCS, and RLM. You’ll lead a cross-functional CoE, drive platform health, security, and data integrity, and partner with executives to deliver business value with scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will chair governance, mentor teams, and ensure platform standards while balancing risk and innovation in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or enterprise SaaS/CRM in a large org.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and CoE oversight.
• Lead platform health, security, risk, and release governance.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Service, Product, and Security.
• Establish design standards, best practices, and architecture reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgeting, and value realization.
