Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director who will own the Salesforce platform strategy and governance across FMS, SCS, and RLM. You will lead the Center of Excellence, establish guardrails, and drive secure, scalable capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

This role requires collaboration across Sales, Service, Product, and Data teams. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, guide architecture decisions, and optimize platform investments while mentoring distributed teams and maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 10+ years leading enterprise platforms.
Proven leadership of Salesforce or comparable SaaS/CRM platforms at scale.
Experience building Salesforce CoE, governance models, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
Chairs the Salesforce CoE and aligns leaders across functions with common priorities.
Oversees platform health, security, regulatory controls, and risk management.
Lead architecture oversight, standards, reviews, and solution quality.
Partner with enterprise data, integration, and security to define reference architectures.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, finances, and strategic investments.
