Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce roadmap and governance across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

You will lead the Salesforce CoE, partner with enterprise architects, and drive platform health, security, and value delivery for the organization. The role requires senior-level leadership, collaboration across business segments, and a strong ability to translate complex needs into a coherent Salesforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading enterprise technology platforms and multi-unit environments.
• Extensive Salesforce SaaS/CRM leadership in a large, complex org.
• Experience building and maturing a Salesforce CoE, governance, and portfolio capability.
• Proven executive stakeholder management, financial planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong strategic, architectural, and security discipline across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Chair Salesforce CoE and align cross-functional teams with business goals.
• Ensure platform health, security, risk, and lifecycle management.
• Define standards, guardrails, and self-service paths for teams.
• Partner with enterprise architects and data leaders on reference architectures.
• Lead rationalization and consolidation of Salesforce instances and data models.
• Oversee vendor relations, licensing, renewals, and financial planning.
