Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will set the vision, governance, and investment priorities for Salesforce across FMS, SCS, and RLM, ensuring platform health, security, and data integrity while delivering sustained business value. You will lead a cross-functional Salesforce CoE, mentor distributed teams, align stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into a clear Salesforce roadmap that enables safe, scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms, products, or customer-facing business applications.
10+ years in leadership of Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, complex, multi-business-unit environment.
5 years or more in leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation, including business-process, data, integration, security, and change impacts.
5 years or more in executive stakeholder management, vendor/commercial negotiations, financial planning, and business-case/benefit realization.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap.
Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service, Product, Security, and EA.
Establish guardrails for configuration, integration, data, AI, and DevSecOps.
Chair Salesforce CoE and align enterprise standards.
Drive reference architectures and data governance.
Oversee vendor and financial management for Salesforce.
