Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Salesforce Platform to own the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem.

You will set vision, governance, and investment priorities; lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence; and partner with business leaders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Digital programs. The role requires deep enterprise leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex business needs into a coherent Salesforce roadmap

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms in a large, multi-unit environment.
5+ years leading Salesforce org/instance rationalization or consolidation.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise Salesforce strategy, governance, and CoE operations.
Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management across Salesforce instances.
Build stakeholder relationships and translate priorities into enterprise decisions.
Set and enforce technical standards, architecture oversight, and solution quality.
