Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales or business development experience.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of co-selling with partners and alliances.
• Ability to manage complex enterprise sales processes end-to-end.
• Experience with global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape sales strategy and revenue targets for key strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota blending new-logo wins with partner revenue.
• Build a sustainable pipeline via direct outreach and partner selling.
• Oversee the full sales process from qualification to closure.
• Create joint account plans with partner field teams.
• Encourage partner priority for EPAM initiatives.
• Lead value-focused client discussions using EPAM and partner offerings.
• Implement joint market entry campaigns and track pipeline outcomes.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting.
