Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Partner Sales Manager – ServiceNow for the US, remote. You will drive revenue through new logos and partner-sourced opportunities, building executive relationships with key partners and co-developing go-to-market strategies for enterprise digital transformation programs.

You will lead joint campaigns, forecast governance, and push for measurable pipeline results while navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with senior client and partner executives.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise IT sales/business development.
Experience in meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas.
Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led commercial strategies.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Drive sales strategy and revenue plan for assigned strategic partners.
Carry a personal quota combining net-new logo and partner-driven revenue.
Build a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and joint selling with partners.
Manage full sales lifecycle from qualification to closure.
Develop joint account strategies with partner field teams.
