Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – GCP to join our US team in a remote working mode. You will blend an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partner-driven growth to drive revenue through new logos and partner-sourced opportunities.

You will build senior executive relationships across the partner ecosystem, co-develop routes to market, influence joint campaigns, and manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification to close for enterprise-level digital transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales/business development focused on new business acquisition.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led commercial strategies.
• Experience selling to enterprise-level clients across global matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and revenue plan for assigned strategic partners.
• Carry a personal quota combining net-new logo and partner-driven revenue.
• Build a sustainable pipeline through direct prospecting and joint selling with partners.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from qualification through deal closure.
• Lead joint go-to-market programs and governance across forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
