• Resourcing scopes of work with Practice Directors.
• Capture business needs and define requirements with stakeholders.
• Fully solution scopes of work to meet business needs.
• Oversee project delivery and architectural design with the team.
• Facilitate project introductions and weekly client status meetings.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training as needed for clients.
• Develop roadmaps for new initiatives with clients.
• Jointly own project success with delivery teams.
