Job summary

Crowe LLP is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems with technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers, design custom Salesforce-based solutions, and drive delivery from inception through implementation and training.

The role requires strong communication, leadership across delivery teams, and the ability to manage multiple enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel is expected (minimum 20%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage a delivery team and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, collaborating with directors, architects, project managers and analysts.
• Drive pre-sales discovery, document business and technical requirements, and define scope of work.
• Manage timelines, conduct kickoff and weekly status meetings with clients.
• Provide final QA of completed work and deliver end-user training as needed.
• Develop roadmaps for new initiatives and pursue ongoing client engagements.
