Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems and technical solutions. You will interact with clients, design custom Salesforce solutions, and drive implementation and training to ensure project success.

The role requires 5+ years on the Salesforce platform, strong leadership, and the ability to guide multiple enterprise projects, with travel up to 20% across the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency with Salesforce core products.
• Salesforce certification or MBA and a minimum of 5+ years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Experience consulting to senior leaders of enterprise organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to log time daily for client/project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery and define solution scope of work.
• Resource and manage scopes of work with Practice Directors.
• Capture business needs and translate into requirements and processes.
• Oversee architecture design and project delivery with the team.
• Lead project kickoff, status meetings, and timelines.
