Job summary

This role requires Salesforce expertise, leadership across delivery teams, willingness to travel up to 20%, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will advise on best practices and partner with directors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience with all Salesforce core products across multiple industries.
• Salesforce certification or MBA with at least 5+ years on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide delivery teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting requirements to define a clear Scope of Work.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery teams.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to capture business needs and processes.
• Develop solution scopes of work that meet business objectives.
• Provide consultative advice on industry best practices and Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee client communications, kickoff meetings, and weekly status updates.
• Ensure quality assurance of completed work and training for end users.
• Identify future initiatives and roadmaps for ongoing engagement.
