Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, data models, and AI-enabled workflows. You will design solutions, mentor teams, and apply responsible AI principles to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will support client workshops, translate requirements into scalable designs, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure secure, adoption-ready implementations.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Experience with workshops, client stakeholders, and agile delivery.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder, or Cloud Consultant.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to define objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce designs across data models, automation, and security.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein.
• Draft prompts, rules, grounding, and escalation for reliable AI use.
• Create documentation, user stories, and handoffs for developers and clients.
• Identify gaps in data readiness, integrations, and user experience.
• Collaborate with architects on specs for code, migrations, and PoCs.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprints, demos, and UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
