Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across discovery, design, build, and adoption. You’ll guide workshops, shape user journeys, and design Salesforce solutions with AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and ensure security, governance, and responsible AI are woven into every phase of delivery. Hybrid client-facing work is expected across the US.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including hands-on configuration and customization.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational databases, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce solution designs including integrations and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for devs and testers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Partner with developers to define specs for custom code, migrations, and proofs-of-concept.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout design and deployment.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts by modeling structured problem solving and client-focused communication.
