Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across discovery, definition, design, build, test, deploy, and adoption. You will translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and guide teams using AI-enabled approaches to improve user productivity.

You will mentor analysts, shape user journeys, data models, integrations, and governance while contributing to a client-centric, results-driven delivery culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities in teams of five+.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile methods.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Cloud Consultant, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud.
• Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release prep.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
