Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and mentor teams while applying AI fluency and responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll support client workshops, work across discovery to adoption, and partner with delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. A strong background in Salesforce and AI-enabled workflows is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design within teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating requirements/design/workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational databases, and Agile delivery.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud, or related).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, APIs.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths.
• Create solution docs, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data/integration notes.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and technical debt.
• Partner with developers to define specs for custom code, migrations, and PoCs.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and business-outcome-focused design.
