Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery, collaborating with clients to shape solutions across Salesforce products, data models, and integrations, while applying AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

In this role, you’ll lead discovery sessions, draft designs, and mentor teams, upholding governance, security, and responsible AI considerations in a dynamic, hybrid client environment at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including hands‑on configuration and customization.
• Experience supporting or leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more people.
• Experience facilitating or supporting requirements, design, or process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support business-led discovery sessions to understand client objectives, adoption barriers, and measurable outcomes.
• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, integrations, automation, and reporting.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic workflows using Salesforce capabilities like Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, and escalation points.
• Create clear solution documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration notes for developers and testers.
• Mentor analysts and consultants by modeling structured problem solving and client-ready communication.
