Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery across Salesforce platforms and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities

• Lead or support business-led discovery sessions to understand client objectives, pain points, user journeys, adoption barriers, and measurable outcomes before defining the solution.
• Translate requirements into solution designs across Salesforce products, integrations, data models, automation, security, reporting and UX.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, Flow, APIs).
• Draft, test, and iteratively improve prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers and clients.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness, integration complexity and change impacts.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for custom code, migrations, and PoCs.
• Apply quality, privacy, cybersecurity and responsible AI considerations throughout all delivery stages.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, UAT readiness and release prep.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-ready design.
