Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys, and design Salesforce solutions with AI-enabled workflows. You will guide teams through discovery, design, and adoption while ensuring governance and security.

You will mentor analysts, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and help deliver scalable, adoption-ready Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and data sources.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in business systems, information systems, CS, or engineering.
• 2-4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config and customization.
• Experience guiding design activities within small to large teams.
• Ability to run workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives, pain points, journeys, adoption barriers, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, integrations, data models, and automation.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft prompts, agent behavior rules, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop points.
• Create solution docs, flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data notes, and specs.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and change impacts.
• Collaborate with developers/architects on code specs, migrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Apply quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations across lifecycle stages.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure successful UAT readiness and releases.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-focused design.
