Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, AI-enabled workflows, and integrations. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys and processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions with responsible AI considerations.

You will mentor teams and contribute to Agile delivery while ensuring solutions align with client outcomes and governance standards. EY offers a hybrid model and broad total rewards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading solution design activities in teams of five or more.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Cloud Consultants).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption goals.
• Translate requirements into designs across Salesforce products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud features.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future capabilities; assess risks and changes.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on integrations, migrations, and proofs of concept.
• Apply privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
