Salesforce is seeking a Sales Strategy Senior Manager to lead go-to-market planning and performance reviews across the AMER region. You will partner with sales, finance, marketing, and operations to translate strategy into executable plans.

The role requires 5–7+ years in sales strategy or consulting, strong analytics and presentation skills, and hands-on experience with BI tools. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting or sales strategy/business operations.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate Go-To-Market design within the annual sales strategy planning cycle.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards and reports to derive insights for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses across data sets (segmentation, propensity to buy, etc.).
• Drive forecast management to ensure growth across business units.
• Create executive presentations for leadership reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose process improvements.
