Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and engage with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes and building relationships with key influencers. Lead opportunities, define territories, and develop sales analytics to inform strategy.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and US work authorization. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
