Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage and grow a regional account portfolio within the Pacific Northwest. You will drive leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and deliver technical solutions across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, and email.

You will oversee non-selling processes, support large accounts, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree or military equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (E5 or PO2/Sergeant).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals, considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
