Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small- to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing analytics, providing technical solutions, and engaging through in-person, phone, or email channels. Relocation is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
