Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market. You will engage large accounts, lead sales analytics, and develop regional strategies across channels.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, 3+ years of relevant experience, and US work authorization. Relocation not offered. You will collaborate across functions to deliver customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
