Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market, with responsibilities spanning lead generation, territory definition, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves engaging through face-to-face, phone, and email channels, and may operate regionally or globally depending on business alignment. A bachelor’s degree or military experience is required, with at least 3 years in sales and US work eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
