Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. The role involves leading leads, defining sales territories, and delivering technical solutions across multiple channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience; at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and deliver volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies in line with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
