Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts in the Pacific Northwest region.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, and provide technical solutions while coordinating with production and supply chain to meet growth targets. The role emphasizes strong commercial acumen, sales analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across face-to-face, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at US E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships across customer levels and expand network.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
