Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest and oversee distribution for small to medium customers while engaging large accounts. You will lead leads, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels.

Role requires 3+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, and legal US work eligibility. Expect cross-functional collaboration, price strategy development, and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility with no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market data to shape sales strategy and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and create price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
