Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to drive growth with small to mid-size customers while managing distribution. You will build relationships with key influencers, lead territory planning, and provide technical solutions across multiple channels.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand the network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions on new products.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
