• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (US E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop the plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data to guide decisions on product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
