Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution for small to medium customers, engage large accounts, and develop sales strategies across channels.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, and email communications. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or military-equivalent experience, at least 3 years in sales, and strong CRM

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
