Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, grow small to mid-size accounts, and support large customers with technical solutions.

You will lead sales plans, develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, and negotiate pricing aligned with business goals while ensuring compliance with laws and Dow processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience and a minimum of three years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Build relationships across the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan; deliver in volume and value and align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Analyze market data to inform product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies with compliance to laws and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
