Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will maintain and expand the account portfolio, manage distribution, and develop sales plans aligned with marketing.

You will support small to medium customers and engage across channels to deliver volume and value. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, at least 3 years in sales, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within an organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
